About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Align personalization initiatives with the overall strategy and provide input to the Regional Delivery Lead
- Lead and manage delivery of customer personalization initiatives
- Coordinate resource allocation with the Delivery Director
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and align personalization requirements
- Manage client project portfolios, including budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and project execution
- Plan and execute personalization projects and manage project budgets
- Track and analyze project performance metrics and report to the Regional Delivery Lead
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers and teams for coordination and information sharing
- Gather customer evaluations, identify process bottlenecks, and propose service improvements
- Identify technical objectives and recommend solutions through business process and management consulting analysis
- Support Sales by identifying opportunities and gathering requirements for value-driven solutions
- Evaluate and initially scope incoming requests
- Cooperate with Account Managers to provide technical and quality expertise
- Contribute to the growth and development of customer channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Strong communication skills
- Strong technical background
- Experience in the Pharma domain
- Good sales skillset
- Ability to deal with a high volume of quick projects
- Desire to learn new technologies, investigate details, and troubleshoot problems
- Experience managing/coordinating web development projects
- Understanding of business policies and procedures
- Experience with account/project management tools such as Jira, MS Office, and CRMs
