About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage recruiting for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) in German and English—from job postings and active sourcing through candidate selection
- Manage operational HR activities
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, references, and certificates
- Advise and support employees and managers on HR-related and employment-law matters
- Carry out and coordinate additional HR topics, such as occupational reintegration management (BEM) and company pension schemes
- Help shape and implement HR projects and processes within the DACH region
- Ensure data quality and maintain the Oracle and TimeTac HR systems
- Independently communicate and coordinate with authorities, health insurance funds, and attorneys
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed commercial training or a university degree, for example in business administration, business psychology, human resources, or a comparable field
- Professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on recruiting
- Experience in operational HR work and handling HR-related documents and employment-law matters is an advantage
- Solution-oriented and proactive approach to work
- Openness to change and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
- Ability to maintain an overview when managing diverse requirements
- Team player who actively collaborates with others
- Excellent, polished, and confident communication skills in German, along with good English skills
- Experience with Oracle and TimeTac is relevant for maintaining HR systems
