About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead workshops to understand business needs and analyze existing processes
- Contribute to the drafting of functional specifications
- Configure the solution according to identified needs
- Conduct testing and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Lead functional acceptance testing and validate the solution
- Support deployment and go-live phases
- Train users and ensure knowledge transfer
- Advise clients on the evolution of their processes and tools
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Support engineering, methods, and industrialization teams in their digital transformation
- Travel to client sites approximately 3 days per week throughout France
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in an Engineering Department or in the integration of PLM/PDM solutions
- Comfortable working in technical environments
- Strong understanding of product development, technical data, and CAD tools
- Comfortable communicating with users and business teams
- Interest in consulting and project management
- Curiosity, teaching ability, and a strong sense of service
