About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Present the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to clients and prospects
Serve as the primary technical contact for demonstrations, audits, and solution design
Get involved from the project sales phase
Collaborate with clients and propose tailored solutions
Conduct and present the results of audits aimed at optimizing business process performance
Analyze client needs, prepare technical proposals, and present the proposed solutions
Act as the technical expert on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for the sales team
Work closely with the sales teams and other technical departments
Travel to client sites in French-speaking Switzerland for up to 60% of working time

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in mechanical engineering, computer science, or an equivalent technical field, ideally complemented by an HF diploma or higher education
Solid experience using and/or deploying PLM tools
Understanding of industrial challenges and PLM-related business processes
Proficiency with CAD tools is a significant advantage
In-depth knowledge of the industry and related processes and projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
French native speaker with fluent English
Customer-oriented, with a strong consultative approach
Ability to work independently and in an organized manner, while enjoying teamwork
Category B driving license
