About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle requests, incidents, tasks, and problems related to network security
- Collect information from clients and the monitoring team
- Prepare reports and written assessments
- Review reports prepared by other analysts, ensuring clear and formal communication
- Ensure SLA compliance by handling, documenting, and resolving requests
- Support other teams in implementing new functionalities
- Recommend improvements to processes and practices
- Perform routine security and asset health checks
- Create and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base
- Prepare documentation of completed activities
- Analyze and process security incidents, determining the best approach for resolution
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and the team
- Contribute to improvements in security and technical support processes with the Security and Infrastructure teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience in network security, including operations, maintenance, and support
- Knowledge of Firewalls, NAC, Wireless, Switching, IPS, and WAF (Web Application Firewall)
- Advanced technical ability to analyze, support, and resolve network security issues
- Knowledge of preparing security reports
- Knowledge of documenting procedures (playbooks)
- Knowledge of creating security checklists
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Resilient
- Innovative mindset
- English proficiency sufficient for verbal and written interactions with international partners and clients
