About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide specialized technical support for privacy management, focusing on GRC platforms such as OneTrust for clients.
- Implement new features and configurations on the OneTrust platform for clients.
- Apply improvements to privacy processes and tools.
- Handle clients’ operational requests related to GRC.
- Monitor platform usage and generate reports and performance metrics.
- Support privacy audits and operational compliance activities.
- Assist with managing data subject requests within the OneTrust tool.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clients’ privacy processes and best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technology-related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience working on privacy programs using OneTrust.
- Knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and ISO/IEC 27001, 27002, and 27701.
- Strong communication skills and initiative.
- At least two of the following certifications: OneTrust GRC Professional; OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional; OneTrust Discovery Expert; OneTrust Expert Certification; OneTrust Fellow of Privacy Technology.
