About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead AI strategy engagements end-to-end, translating strategic vision into actionable transformation programs
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across consulting, data, and AI engineering to ensure high-quality executive outcomes and measurable business impact (ROI)
- Build and nurture trusted-advisor relationships with working-level and senior client stakeholders, facilitating executive decision-making
- Own commercial performance within engagements, contributing to account growth, proposal development, scoping, and pre-sales activities
- Manage and develop consulting team members through coaching, structured feedback, and performance oversight
- Contribute to practice growth, thought leadership, case studies, and internal consulting methodology development
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in AI, Data, Digital Strategy, Management Consulting, or a related field, with significant experience leading complex strategy engagements
- Proven track record of developing and executing AI & Data strategies from vision and roadmap through implementation and value realization
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms, and emerging AI technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Strong strategic and analytical abilities, with creative problem-solving on complex issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels; strong presentation and negotiation skills
- A self-starter with a proven track record of breaking new ground and creating value
- Data Science, ML or Computer Science background
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or Chemicals is a strong plus
- Fluent in English; Spanish, French and/or German are a plus
