About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Keep the lights on and the machine running across infrastructure, security, and operations
Act as a software archeologist by investigating deep problems and root causes
Bridge customer success specialists and engineers
Help customers get onboarded to technical aspects of the software, including SSO and data lakes
Automate repetitive work using AI and automation tools
Identify issues that impede operations, take ownership, and suggest action plans
Work as part of an international development team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid back-end development experience with Java
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL/MariaDB
Experience administering and maintaining Linux servers
Strong troubleshooting skills across the full stack
Ability to write clear, maintainable and documented code
Familiarity and interest in AI tools and automation
Experience supporting production systems or customer-facing operations
Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non technical people
Front-end skills (React and/or Flutter) appreciated
Experience building automation and internal tooling appreciated
Experience in continuous integration and automated testing appreciated
Experience of working with agile methodologies appreciated
English and Finnish languages are needed
