About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and oversee building inspections and preventive maintenance at the office, ensuring employee safety and hygiene standards in accordance with environmental regulations
Prepare quotations and process supplier payments based on services provided
Manage compliance with area-related contracts
Perform financial reconciliation and ensure compliance arising from partner results
Provide reception coverage and handle general administrative requests
Organize events
Perform general responsibilities according to the department’s current needs
Prepare management reports
Manage quality-related documents and procedures applicable to the Facilities area, ensuring audit readiness and compliance
Update policies and procedures
Act as the focal point connecting stores with support functions (Finance, HR, Marketing/CRM, and Administration), ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution
Accompany store teams during technical visits, identifying operational bottlenecks and suggesting improvements to inventory, scheduling, and customer service processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Experience managing Facilities contracts and service providers
Experience with retail store Facilities operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for preparing management presentations
Facilities-related courses are considered a plus
