About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and update the Global View proprietary operations platform
- Coordinate communication with partner AOC Tactical teams, Sales, and Client Services
- Arrange ground handling services, airport slots, and fuel for flights
- Liaise with handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, Civil Aviation Authorities, customs, and other external providers
- Request overflight and landing permits
- Submit flight, crew, and passenger information to customs and border agencies
- Provide accurate, current flight status information during planning
- Coordinate with operating partners’ Tactical Controllers on preparation status
- Communicate discrepancies and non-standard preparation promptly
- Ensure operations are completed efficiently, safely, and with client satisfaction in mind
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to maintain accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to deliver punctually while working under pressure
- Excellent English language skills for clear stakeholder communication
- In-depth knowledge of the Business Aviation environment, ideally in Ground Operations, Flight Dispatch, or Flight Planning (preferred)
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- Must complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
