Key responsibilities & impact

Create and own a 2–3 year product roadmap aligned with product vision and strategy
Own the product roadmap and prioritize requests and ideas based on business value and impact
Build consensus among product managers on cross-functional capabilities
Collaborate with global product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through delivery
Define, measure, and publish product metrics to understand product performance
Operate at the intersection of Engineering, Program Management, Design, and Physical Operations
Deliver solutions for real-world manufacturing and standardized shopfloor operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of product management experience, in a business or technical field
Exceptional collaboration, partnership, presentation, and influencing skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Solid examples of using data to solve problems and influence future investments
Solid understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear business value for executive stakeholders and plant partners
