About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, maintain and update multi-discipline project schedules for on-line and/or outage implementation windows supporting the Long-Range Plan
- Archive project schedules after project completion
- Scope scheduled work and schedule equipment, materials, and onsite/offsite resources
- Perform resource leveling efficiently and cost-effectively within assigned organizations and systems
- Develop schedules for on-line and outage work in accordance with fleet/station requirements and standards
- Interface with work groups and vendors to collect information for schedule development and quality
- Coordinate site work groups, site organizations, and vendors through integrated project schedules
- Coordinate activities to minimize equipment/system out-of-service time, Technical Specification Action Conditions, and plant risk
- Communicate schedule issues and conflicts to the Site Manager of Projects and Project Manager
- Attend stakeholder meetings and report on schedule status
- Assist with Project Health Reports for Project Review Committee meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficient in P6, Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools
- General understanding of nuclear operation, practices and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the project team
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related technical field (preferred) or High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-10 years of power plant scheduling experience
