About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, maintain and update multi-discipline project schedules for online and/or outage implementation windows supporting the Long-Range Plan
  • Archive project schedules after project completion
  • Scope scheduled work and schedule equipment, materials, and onsite/offsite resources
  • Perform resource leveling within assigned organizations and systems
  • Develop schedules in accordance with fleet/station requirements and standards
  • Interface with work groups and vendors to collect information for schedule development and quality
  • Provide scheduling support for site work groups, site organization, and vendors
  • Coordinate activities to minimize equipment/system out-of-service time, Technical Specification Action Conditions, and plant risk
  • Communicate schedule issues and conflicts to the Site Manager of Projects and Project Manager
  • Attend stakeholder meetings and report on the schedule
  • Assist with Project Health Reports for Project Review Committee meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficient in P6, Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools
  • General understanding of nuclear operation, practices and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the project team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related technical field (preferred) or High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5-10 years of power plant scheduling experience
