Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and build AI-powered applications from early prototype through production
  • Integrate and orchestrate LLMs and agents into end-to-end products and workflows
  • Work directly with clients to understand their problems and explain technical decisions
  • Help clients and the team rethink how they work with AI

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • Daily use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor
  • Solid software engineering fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, modern AI frameworks, and APIs
  • Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Ability to explain technical decisions clearly without jargon
  • Proactive and self-directed approach
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Comfortable understanding Catalan
