About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the analytical strategy and narrative for clinician engagement with the VisualDx platform
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for product areas, initiatives, feature releases, and campaigns
- Design and maintain an ongoing clinician feedback program, including user recruitment, scheduling, synthesis, and insight distribution
- Analyze product usage, retention, feature adoption, session behavior, and engagement across individual subscriptions and institutional licenses
- Identify cohort differences, engagement drivers, growth opportunities, friction points, and user interventions
- Combine clinician feedback with quantitative data to inform roadmap priorities, strategic initiatives, and go-to-market decisions
- Analyze the end-to-end user journey from marketing awareness through product discovery, feature engagement, and subscription or licensing decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-serve reporting tools
- Design and run cohort, funnel, and segmentation analyses
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and go-to-market teams on instrumentation for features and campaigns
- Proactively surface insights, challenge assumptions with data, and provide recommendations
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership for strategic planning and roadmap decisions
- Communicate technical and data details clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in product analytics, growth analytics, user research, or a related analytical role
- Experience owning business-critical metrics or initiatives and defining KPIs and measurement frameworks
- Track record of designing and maintaining dashboards, research cadences, or reporting systems
- Strong SQL skills and ability to work with event data, telemetry, and imperfect instrumentation
- Ability to turn ambiguous product questions into structured analyses and actionable insights
- Experience analyzing adoption, engagement, funnel metrics, cohorts, and usage patterns
- Clear communication of analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Product instinct focused on clinician workflows and user friction
- Comfortable partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, clinical decision support, or enterprise SaaS preferred
- Experience with multi-channel or dual go-to-market models preferred
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests or other experiments preferred
- Familiarity with modern analytics platforms and BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Mixpanel preferred
- Ability to use AI tools proactively and maintain quality of AI-assisted work
- Ability to learn new domains quickly
- Able to travel as needed
- Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
- Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours
