About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide customers on how to best leverage Visualfabriq software to meet business goals
Support customers in evaluating system design choices
Support customers during partner-led implementations by addressing business, process and technical challenges
Collaborate with integration partners to find fit-for-purpose solutions
Act as the voice of the customer toward Product Management
Refine requirements and support functional design and testing
Support customers in documenting Change Requests (CDRs) for new functionality
Advise customers on expanding the software across new modules and markets
Coach Solution Advisors on functional matters
Contribute to the Knowledge Base
Occasionally train customers, partners and internal teams
Work side by side with implementation partners across the Americas and colleagues across Visualfabriq
Report to the Head of Solution Advisory and work closely with Solution Advisors, Product Management, Sales and Customer Success

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in a software or consultancy company in TPM / sales planning solutions, and/or in an FMCG / CPG company with TPM, sales planning or RGM processes and systems (a combination is ideal)
In-depth understanding of commercial processes between CPG/FMCG manufacturers and retailers, including promotional planning, pricing, trade spend, volume forecasting / S&OP, accruals & claims
Understanding of P&L structure
Hands-on experience with TPM or other sales planning tools; Visualfabriq preferred
Experience with SaaS systems and ERP systems such as SAP
Ability to break down complex customer problems with structured consulting frameworks
Ability to coach users, partners and colleagues
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
Solution oriented, with an eye for detail
Comfortable working with customers and partners from different cultures and levels
Comfortable using Agentic AI solutions in day-to-day work
Desire to learn about software and its technicalities
