Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a licensed insurance agent
Experience working with Healthcare.gov and/or state-based exchanges such as Covered California
Clear and effective verbal and written communication
Patience, empathy, and ability to stay composed under stress
Ability to apply insurance expertise to guide individuals through health coverage enrollment
Confidence navigating support or sales-based digital platforms
Zendesk experience prioritized
5+ state licenses prioritized
Fluently bilingual candidates prioritized
