About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contact participants from a provided list to schedule and complete surveys
  • Complete an average of 1 survey per day or 5 surveys per week
  • Conduct confidential surveys by video, phone, or in person according to participant preference
  • Use company-provided technology and established protocols
  • Accurately record participant responses while maintaining confidentiality
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with participants
  • Demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity during participant interactions
  • Communicate with the research team regarding project-related questions or updates
  • Use the provided translation service when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Oregon resident for the most recent five (5) years
  • Experience conducting interviews, surveys, or research
  • Experience supporting older adults, people with disability, or other underserved populations through social services, community outreach, or related work
  • Clear communication and ability to build trust and rapport
  • Comfortable conducting interviews by video, phone, and in person
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and digital tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable transportation and access to a personal vehicle for in-person interviews
