About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own clinical-data solutioning across the customer lifecycle from pre-signature discovery through implementation and post-launch
Lead EHR discovery on enterprise deals, including vendors, versions, interface engines, available feeds, acuity and assignment data, interface-team capacity, and security/privacy requirements
Scope useful clinical data feeds and guide integrations through security, privacy, and compliance reviews
Partner with Deployments on unit and department mapping, feed testing, and census validation
Step into complex deployments while enabling Deployment Strategists to own increasingly sophisticated workstreams
Extend EHR integrations into bed management, transfers, ED boarding, and discharge planning data
Create reusable EHR integration patterns, discovery guides, documentation, and training
Partner with Product on EHR vendor marketplace versus direct-interface decisions
Identify recurring clinical-data requirements and blockers
Partner with Product and Engineering on enablement, integrations, and scalable platform capabilities
Build the Enterprise Solutions function from scratch alongside a peer focused on workforce and payroll systems
Report to the COO
Travel 40–50% to customer sites

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on EHR integration experience with a major EHR such as Epic, Oracle Health, Meditech, or similar
Experience as an Epic analyst, interface engineer, or clinical integration architect, or equivalent EHR implementation experience
Fluency in HL7 v2, especially ADT
Fluency in FHIR
Experience with interface engines such as Epic Bridges, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, Mirth, or similar
Working knowledge of HIPAA, minimizing PHI, BAAs, and healthcare security reviews
Ability to lead technical solutioning with CIO organizations, clinical informatics, interface teams, and security teams
Ability to create reusable solutions, playbooks, tools, documentation, and training
Ability to distinguish implementation issues, configuration problems, integration limitations, and product gaps
Ability to bridge Growth and Post-Sales
Interest in building a new function from zero
Clinical operations context is a major plus, including census, ADT, acuity, nurse staffing ratios, patient assignments, patient flow, and capacity tools
Must be able to work within the US; application requires US work authorization status
