About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Customer Success, Deployments, and Support teams and own outcomes for the entire post-sales organization
  • Get customers live quickly, drive adoption and measurable ROI, deliver retention, and grow existing partnerships
  • Set the vision and strategy for Customer Success, Deployments, and Support
  • Develop leaders, hire exceptional talent, and evolve organizational structure as the company scales
  • Establish ownership and accountability across the customer lifecycle from signature through deployment, adoption, renewal, and expansion
  • Set strategy for faster, more scalable delivery and improve time-to-value and capacity
  • Establish standards for measuring and communicating adoption, operational impact, and financial ROI
  • Own strategic relationships with health system executives including CNOs, COOs, CIOs, and CFOs
  • Make portfolio, resource, capacity, and investment decisions
  • Represent the customer voice in company strategy and partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth
  • Design the organization and strategy to support substantially more customers and ARR through product, automation, process, and customer ownership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience scaling a post-sales organization in a high-growth environment, including hiring, ramping, and building leadership layers
  • Experience owning retention and NRR
  • Experience developing managers and leaders and evolving organizational structure and talent
  • Experience leading complex enterprise deployments involving workflow change, integrations, training, executive alignment, and adoption
  • Ability to operate with executives and manage implementation escalations
  • Ability to prioritize across competing customers and scarce resources, articulate rationale, and own outcomes
  • Ability to partner effectively with Product and translate customer patterns into product signal
  • Comfort building organizations and processes without a playbook
  • Health system experience, particularly in nursing, workforce management, or hospital operations, is a strong advantage
  • Ability and willingness to travel 40–50% of the time onsite with customers
  • Must be able to work from the San Francisco office in alignment with the hybrid work model or relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
  • US work authorization status required; visa sponsorship requirement must be disclosed
