Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor invoice issuance through healthcare operator and insurance company portals;
Review and send payment slips and invoices;
Process registration updates;
Prepare files for reconciliation, such as allocation and payroll files;
Collaborate with other company processes to enable the implementation of billing strategies;
Resolve issues with the Relationship team, healthcare operators, and insurance companies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
Experience in insurance brokerage;
Experience with billing processes in the healthcare, dental, and life insurance segments;
Advanced Excel proficiency;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Sense of urgency;
Analytical skills;
Motivation to take on new challenges;
Experience with Looker Studio or other data visualization tools;
Knowledge of Python;
Experience with capacity sizing, planning, or analysis projects;
Interest in operational efficiency and customer journey topics.
