Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain functionality end to end, from React interfaces to Node.js services and MongoDB data models
Work on features across the platform, including scheduling and client and caregiver management
Collaborate with product, QA, and fellow developers to scope work, review code, and ship reliably
Investigate and resolve production issues, improving platform stability and performance
Write tests and contribute to keeping the codebase clean and maintainable

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years experience in JavaScript development
Experience using, or familiarity with, React, Node.js, and MongoDB
Experience working in a collaborative agile environment
Experience using GIT or a similar source control platform
Enthusiasm for clean and tested code
Experience leveraging AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex
Ability to learn, adapt, and grow in response to challenges within the home care industry
