About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead concurrent customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, owning timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication
Run discovery and workflow-mapping sessions to understand agency operations and translate them into Viv configuration decisions
Configure customer environments and integrations
Coordinate data migration, including scoping transferred data, validating results, and identifying issues
Design and deliver training for end users with varying levels of technical fluency
Drive adoption after go-live by monitoring usage and handing off healthy accounts to Support and Customer Success
Feed implementation learnings back into product and process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years of experience implementing customers onto B2B software
At least 1 year owning implementations end to end
Demonstrated project management of concurrent customer projects
Ability to run kickoffs, maintain timelines, and escalate risks
Comfort with software configuration and data
Ability to set up systems against business rules, validate data, and learn complex platforms deeply
Excellent facilitation and training skills, especially with non-technical, operationally busy audiences
Clear, proactive written communication
Implementation experience in healthcare or another regulated industry is an asset but not required
Must reside in or be within easy reach of the Greater Toronto Area
