About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a business problem solver through Artificial Intelligence, combining data, software, automation, and Microsoft platforms
- Develop Artificial Intelligence solutions to drive productivity gains, automation, and decision support
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents, enterprise copilots, and AI-driven applications
- Build applications using Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Databricks, and other strategic platforms
- Develop integrations between enterprise systems, APIs, ERPs, CRMs, and AI solutions
- Implement models, agents, and automated workflows using software engineering best practices
- Create web applications, automations, APIs, and services to support business use cases
- Serve as a technology partner to the company’s executive leadership
- Identify pain points, opportunities, and processes that can be transformed through AI
- Translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions
- Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions
- Support business cases and success metrics
- Prepare, consume, and make data available for AI applications
- Develop pipelines, integrations, and analytical structures in Databricks
- Ensure data quality, traceability, and governance
- Apply RAG, semantic search, and corporate knowledge
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, from conception through operations
- Use DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation
- Ensure monitoring, observability, quality, and continuous improvement
- Work with the Data & AI Coordinator to advance architectural and technical standards
- Support internal enablement by sharing knowledge and best practices
- Develop solutions aligned with corporate AI, Information Security, and LGPD policies
- Work with Cybersecurity to implement governance controls
- Ensure the appropriate use of approved AI platforms
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Postgraduate degree in Data, Software, Cloud, or Artificial Intelligence will be considered an advantage
- Experience in modern software development
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Databricks platforms
- Experience developing APIs and integrations
- Experience working in cloud environments and with distributed architecture
- Experience with Software, Analytics, Data, or AI solutions
- Participation in digital transformation or automation projects
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Databricks
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio, Claude, Azure AI, and Databricks
- Knowledge of AI agents, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Service Bus, and Logic Apps
- Knowledge of integration with enterprise systems
- Knowledge of application development, DevOps, and CI/CD
- Knowledge of application security, observability, and monitoring
