About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and analyse performance across Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, CRM/Email, and Affiliates
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio
  • Produce and optimise recurring Excel reports using pivot tables, formulas, and templates
  • Analyse conversion rate, AOV, lifecycle customer behaviour, and product performance
  • Validate and sense-check data from internal platforms and external agencies
  • Reconcile data across platforms and support understanding of attribution differences
  • Analyse website performance using GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to identify optimisation and A/B testing opportunities
  • Act as a data contact point for digital marketing and e-commerce teams
  • Support CRM segmentation and customer insight analysis
  • Translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Explore AI tools, automation, and data workflows to enhance reporting
  • Use or develop basic Python skills for data manipulation and process optimisation
  • Support product feed optimisation and coordinate with external agencies
  • Respond to ad hoc analysis requests and help build dashboards, reports, and insight frameworks
  • Provide general analytical and administrative support as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ year in data, analytics, or digital marketing, including internships
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivots, and reporting
  • Familiarity with GA4 and digital marketing platforms such as Meta and Google Ads
  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach to working with data
  • Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
  • Ability to manage reporting cycles and ad hoc requests
  • Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally and with agencies
  • Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn
  • Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer behaviour
  • Exposure to Looker Studio, Power BI, Python, or AI tools is a plus
