About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with merchandising inventory, catalogues, pricing, promotions, shopping behaviour analysis, and online visual appeal sitewide to drive revenue
  • Execute product assortment rules within Business Manager
  • Sort assigned product categories and subcategories based on view type, image variants, swatches, image tags, and availability
  • Support visual merchandising of PLP and PDP for the website
  • Ensure products are accurately presented and updated according to sales strategy, product launch calendar, and business or analytics insight
  • Maintain B2C Commerce price books and export product data catalogues for new and existing content
  • Ensure products are available to customers and correctly merchandise group products across sites
  • Monitor imported inventory feeds and content assets to ensure correct storefront information
  • Apply manual HTML code and updates where needed
  • Identify site errors related to inventory records and assess product stock-level and availability risks
  • Support timely execution of onsite campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal activity
  • Maintain promotional messaging across homepage, cart, checkout, PLP, PDP, and Quick View
  • Identify coupon error-handling logic and messaging
  • Support individual order processing issues
  • Report and analyse key web metrics across the conversion funnel, click-through, page performance, and search performance
  • Monitor onsite storefront performance
  • Assist with category sequencing to drive click-through and conversion rates
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years’ experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Platform and content management
  • Experience using Commerce Cloud Business Manager
  • Web/Digital merchandising expertise
  • Data-driven approach
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Understanding of staging environments
  • Basic HTML coding and web design experience is a plus
  • Experience managing web-based analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Strong PC skills, including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Team-oriented and willing to work as part of a collective
  • Able to deliver under pressure and prioritise accordingly
