Develop and enhance Full-Stack solutions used across enterprise platforms
Contribute to defining and evolving architectural standards
Develop scalable backend services and reusable frontend components
Build APIs and integrations between systems
Ensure software engineering best practices and code quality
Support technical decisions related to solution architecture
Contribute to the evolution of frameworks and reusable components
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Work collaboratively with architecture, product, and other engineering teams
Support the adoption of technical standards by development teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Solid experience as a Full-Stack Developer
Specialization in backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or similar technologies
Experience with frontend development using React or equivalent modern frameworks
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Knowledge of system integration patterns
Experience with relational and non-relational databases
Experience with version control using Git
Experience with modern software engineering practices
Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation
Knowledge of automated testing and quality strategies
Knowledge of observability, logging, and monitoring practices
Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
Experience with event-driven architecture is a plus
Experience with public or hybrid cloud environments is a plus
Experience working collaboratively with architecture teams
Experience in medium- or large-scale enterprise environments
Strong analytical skills and systems thinking
Ability to work hands-on while maintaining an architectural perspective
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in collaborative environments
