About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve B2B customers, manage the customer portfolio, and close new business through consultative selling
  • Present Vivo’s portfolio of solutions and serve customers through digital channels (inside sales)
  • Sell Mobile and Fixed Telephony products, IT solutions, advanced technology, and value-added services
  • Monitor channel and portfolio performance indicators, analyze data, and execute commercial initiatives to meet and exceed targets
  • Monitor the sales pipeline, identifying blockers, backlogs, and outstanding items
  • Prepare and monitor daily sales reports
  • Resolve critical situations through ongoing contact with customers and internal teams
  • Manage low-complexity customer accounts commercially and act as an intermediary between customers and the company
  • Comply with requirements and participate in Occupational Health and Safety programs
  • Understand and implement Telefónica’s Environmental Policy in daily activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma — certificate of completion required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Commercial mindset, results-oriented approach, consultative attitude, and active listening skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality, and accountability for the customer portfolio
  • Comfortable with digital tools and able to learn and work with software and systems
