About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve B2B customers by prospecting new accounts from predefined leads, presenting the product portfolio, and providing customer support
- Sell Mobile, Fixed-Line, IT, advanced technology, and value-added services
- Monitor channel- and customer portfolio-specific performance indicators; analyze, plan, and execute activities and sales initiatives to achieve and exceed targets
- Monitor the sales processing workflow, identifying breakdown drivers, backlog, and pending issues that may prevent or delay the completion of sales
- Manage daily sales reports to track performance
- Resolve critical situations through ongoing customer communication and collaboration with internal teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Commercial mindset: driven to get things done, results-oriented, consultative approach, and active listening skills
- Ability to use and learn software and systems easily
- Valid Category B driver’s license and own vehicle
