Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the project lifecycle, from planning through closure
Apply project management best practices
Work with strategic stakeholders
Define and implement communication plans
Present reports and performance metrics
Transform client-area challenges into high-level solutions
Conduct business and systems feasibility analyses
Participate in meetings and gather requirements from clients
Provide efficient alternatives and prepare technical specifications
Prepare documentation, develop software, test solutions, and monitor progress
Drive continuous improvement
Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Management System requirements
Participate in Occupational Health and Safety programs
Implement Telefónica’s Environmental Policy in daily activities
Serve as an SAP Functional Consultant on implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed higher education — certificate of completion preferred
Proven experience in end-to-end SAP projects
Strong functional knowledge of one of the following modules: MM, SD, or FI
Solid understanding of business processes and an end-to-end perspective
Familiarity with integrations and extensions through SAP BTP
Experience working with consulting firms
Ability to detail scope, effort, and technical proposals
Risk management, negotiation, analytical, and creative skills
Clear, consultative communication with clients and business areas
Proactivity, ownership, and strong organizational skills
Collaborative approach and team spirit
Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning
