Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic implementation projects, maintain the current ERP system, and drive SAP transformation
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, connecting Technology, Business, Architecture, and partner professionals
Act as a bridge between Business and Technology, directing solutions that balance value, simplicity, quality, and sustainability
Lead technical and functional discussions with technology partners
Constructively challenge architectures, solutions, technical proposals, estimates, risks, and alternatives
Contribute to the evolution of the SAP ECC and SAP BTP ecosystem and to the migration to SAP S/4HANA
Apply an end-to-end view of Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail processes, understanding integrations and their impact on the ERP system
Manage strategic partners, ensuring solution quality, investment efficiency, capacity, and commitment to results
Anticipate risks and dependencies, make decisions, and mobilize people to turn strategy into execution
Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, development, safety, and continuous improvement
Work in accordance with corporate Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in SAP ERP implementation and transformation, preferably in complex environments
Experience with SAP ECC and SAP BTP
Experience with or significant involvement in migration/transformation journeys to SAP S/4HANA
Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail
Technical and functional expertise to lead discussions and challenge technology partners and vendors
Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
Systems thinking, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex situations
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proactive, collaborative, dynamic, and results-oriented profile, with a strong sense of ownership and execution capability
Completed bachelor's degree, preferably in an exact sciences discipline — a plus
Postgraduate qualification, preferably in technology — a plus
