Key responsibilities & impact

Lead profitability analyses for products, customers, channels, and segments
Develop in-depth financial assessments and identify the root causes of results
Translate complex data into strategic recommendations
Assess opportunities, risks, and financial impacts of commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives
Build financial models and sensitivity analyses
Support planning, decision-making, and investment prioritization
Identify performance drivers and anticipate trends, risks, and opportunities
Build and enhance financial and operational KPIs, including Revenue, Margin, CAC, Churn, ARPU, LTV, Payback, and Commercial Efficiency
Develop executive dashboards and management reports for directors and vice presidents
Prepare executive presentations with storytelling focused on decision-making
Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Channels, Product, Operations, and Finance teams
Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of information used in analyses

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field
Advanced knowledge of Corporate Finance, Valuation, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and profitability analysis
Experience building business cases and conducting economic and financial evaluations of projects and strategic initiatives
Strong command of financial and value-creation metrics
Strong analytical ability to identify cause-and-effect relationships among business metrics
Experience working with large volumes of data and multiple information sources
Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency
Experience building financial models, projections, and scenario analyses
Knowledge of SQL and analytical languages is a plus
Graduate degree or MBA in Finance, Strategy, or Business Management is a plus
Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
Ability to turn data into executive narratives
Business acumen and ability to connect financial performance with strategy
Hands-on profile, agility in handling data, and a sense of urgency
Autonomy, ownership, and prioritization skills
Analytical rigor, clear communication, and the ability to drive impact
