About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate Occupational Health processes, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulatory requirements, and corporate guidelines
  • Lead occupational health programs and routines, including pre-employment, periodic, job-transfer, return-to-work, and termination medical examinations
  • Monitor medical and social security leave cases, promoting integrated return-to-work initiatives
  • Manage occupational restrictions, functional rehabilitation, and inclusion and support processes for people with disabilities (PwD)
  • Manage and develop the Occupational Health team
  • Monitor, analyze, and present health, absenteeism, leave, and occupational restriction indicators, proposing action plans and improvements
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and confidentiality of information in compliance with eSocial, Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and legal obligations
  • Coordinate vendors and partners, contracts, SLAs, performance indicators, and optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate with Occupational Safety, HR Operations, Legal, and business areas
  • Lead process transformation, innovation, automation, and digitalization projects
  • Support audits, inspections, and compliance processes, ensuring documentation, traceability, and supporting evidence
  • Prepare analyses, management reports, and executive presentations to support data-driven decision-making
  • Contribute to health, well-being, health promotion, and occupational risk management programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Occupational Nursing
  • Active registration with COREN (Regional Nursing Council)
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation and Occupational Health and Safety standards
  • Knowledge of occupational program management, PCMSO (Occupational Medical Control and Health Program), and Occupational Health and Safety processes
  • Knowledge of eSocial, occupational health indicators, and social security leave management
  • Experience coordinating or leading Occupational Health teams in medium-sized or large companies
  • Experience managing Occupational Health vendors and contracts
  • Experience developing and monitoring indicators, governance, and performance management
  • Experience working in complex corporate environments with multiple stakeholders and nationwide scope
  • Experience conducting audits and responding to inspections is a plus
  • Knowledge of the SOC system is a plus
