About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the execution and administration of logistics processes for the receipt, storage, and distribution of reverse logistics items
- Perform activities within established deadlines and quality standards, seeking cost optimization
- Monitor services provided by operational suppliers
- Ensure the application of procedures and compliance standards
- Measure supplier performance in accordance with contractual requirements
- Support budget management reporting and controls to support decision-making
- Extract data sets and process reports
- Update and prepare executive presentations
- Manage accessory inventory and coverage
- Issue purchase orders
- Monitor and reconcile accessory movements in SAP
- Manage production planning and control (PCP)
- Monitor the supply of repair centers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate Excel skills
- Intermediate PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach and ability to work as part of a team
- Completed or currently pursuing a university degree
- Previous experience in similar roles is a plus
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Ability to create high-impact executive presentations is a plus
