About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support operations and maintenance activities for the 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile network
Monitor performance and quality indicators for the radio access network
Ensure the quality of corrective and preventive actions addressing recurring failures in the RF segment
Support the investigation and resolution of network degradations and failures
Prepare RF guidelines, technical reports, and management presentations
Track mobile network deployment, modernization, and expansion activities
Collaborate with Engineering, Deployment, and supplier teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical degree in Electrical, Electronics, and/or Telecommunications required
Completed or ongoing university degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Networking, or a related field
Basic knowledge of mobile telecommunications
Knowledge of cellular networks and Radio Frequency (RF) concepts
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of Power BI
Analytical skills and ability to interpret performance indicators
Knowledge of 4G/LTE and 5G technologies
Experience analyzing mobile network KPIs
Intermediate English proficiency
Telecommunications-related certifications or training
