About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work focused on telecommunications, transmission equipment, IP equipment, microwave radio (MW), and related technologies
- Support the evaluation of tools for automating process improvements
- Participate in mapping, analysis, and development meetings
- Support the technical team in managing the activation of transmission links
- Monitor the completion of network inventory registration
- Support the delivery of specialized technical assistance to partner departments
- Support the preparation of configuration scripts for maintenance windows
- Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with established deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Higher education degree preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of traditional and agile project management preferred
- Technical English preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of microwave radio links (MW) preferred
- Knowledge of metro networks preferred
- Knowledge of mobile networks and their services (2G/3G/4G/5G) preferred
- Knowledge of technologies and equipment for fixed access and data networks, including copper and fiber (DSLAM, MSAN, OLT, and switches), preferred
- Cisco/Nokia/Huawei/Juniper certification preferred
