About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support for and monitor telecommunications operations;
Contribute to service quality, KPI analysis, and process management support within the department;
Participate in project kickoffs to understand the scope and deadlines agreed upon with the client;
Create Power BI reports and KPIs to monitor project progress;
Manage end-to-end delivery and monitor the project’s overall backlog;
Participate in the Squad (Team Dev) to conduct daily monitoring of field schedule effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma (proof of completion required);
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including participation in Team Dev meetings and ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives;
Knowledge of the SAE, STAR, VANTIVE, FENIX, ServiceNow, and Power BI systems;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI);
Courses in Agile Methodologies and Artificial Intelligence are desirable;
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress is desirable;
