Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure efficient management of the company’s cash flow through working capital initiatives and compliance with the group’s payment and collection policies
Ensure the control, forecasting, and reporting of cash flow for the company and its subsidiaries
Lead the analysis and preparation of the Strategic Plan, Budget, and Forecast, focusing on working capital, cash flow, and liquidity
Support decision-making with consistent data and reliable projections
Manage working capital with a focus on achieving established targets
Lead the preparation of monthly performance reports and presentations for executives and shareholders
Evaluate and validate company projects, ensuring compliance with financial policies and contributing to value creation
Lead with empathy, promote continuous development, and encourage ongoing improvement across the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in cash flow management, financial planning, working capital, and FP&A
Experience working in complex corporate environments, preferably at large companies or multinational corporations
Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, strategic plans, and executive presentations
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field
Advanced Excel proficiency, including Power Query, pivot tables, and financial modeling
Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and TOTVS
Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Anaplan, Hyperion, and Tagetik
Analytical mindset and strategic vision
Ability to communicate clearly and objectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels
Proactivity, organization, and results orientation
Collaborative spirit and empathetic leadership
