About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and govern the Finance department’s portfolio of projects, demands, products, and services
Lead medium-complexity initiatives and support strategic projects for the Finance Vice Presidency
Ensure alignment between business and technology teams
Prepare and update schedules, action plans, financial controls, and performance indicators
Identify, assess, and monitor risks, deviations, and dependencies, proposing corrective and preventive actions
Consolidate executive information for committees, forums, and leadership teams
Support demand prioritization and capacity management processes
Ensure the application of PMO methodologies, processes, and governance standards
Facilitate communication among stakeholders, promoting alignment and engagement
Prepare executive presentations and materials for management tracking and decision-making
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and portfolio management processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
Experience in project management, PMO, or portfolio governance
Knowledge of agile and/or traditional project management methodologies
Intermediate Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills
Analytical ability to consolidate and interpret performance indicators
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience preparing executive presentations
Certifications in project management methodologies (PMP, CAPM, Scrum, SAFe, Agile, or similar) — preferred
Knowledge of Power BI — preferred
Experience in organizational transformation, technology, or finance environments — preferred
Experience with portfolio management and CAPEX tracking — preferred
Knowledge of Generative AI, process automation, and the use of AI to improve productivity and support project management — preferred
Experience applying AI tools to analyze information, prepare executive materials, automate activities, and generate insights — preferred
