About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage medium- and high-complexity B2C projects
- Understand the client area's needs and document business functional requirements
- Plan projects
- Monitor the analysis, planning, development, testing/user acceptance, and implementation phases
- Report identified risks or issues
- Manage budgets, assumptions, and risks
- Negotiate deliverables with business areas and vendors
- Align the participating business areas and software development teams involved in the projects
- Provide managers with visibility into project progress
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in project management
- Commitment, a proactive approach, and a curious, inquisitive, and facilitative mindset
- Availability to support occasional weekend implementations
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration with a focus on IT, Networking, Engineering, and/or related fields (preferred)
