About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the MIS and Operational Intelligence team, fostering technical development and performance management
Define and monitor strategic and operational metrics for the Customer Experience area
Ensure the quality, integrity, and governance of data used to manage the business
Develop predictive analyses and recommendations to support executive decision-making
Build and enhance management and executive dashboards
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements through data and technology
Conduct analyses of operational capacity, productivity, workforce sizing, and trends
Support executive forums with strategic insights and management presentations
Partner with Operations, Workforce Planning, Traffic Management, BI, Technology, and other stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields is a plus
Solid experience in MIS, BI, Workforce Planning, or Operational Intelligence management
Advanced knowledge of Contact Center, Customer Operations, or Customer Experience metrics
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Experience with automation processes, data modeling, and metric development
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or analytical tools is a plus
Strategic vision and results orientation
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Leadership and team management skills
