Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic initiatives and highly complex, high-impact business programs
Act as a trusted consulting partner to business units, contributing to the definition of strategies, roadmaps, and investment priorities
Translate business objectives into scalable, sustainable technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
Conduct complex functional analyses, identifying opportunities to optimize, automate, and transform processes
Define guidelines for requirements gathering, functional modeling, and backlog management
Lead multidisciplinary discussions involving business, architecture, development, operations, and vendors
Support decisions related to scope, feasibility, risks, dependencies, and enterprise-wide impacts
Manage programs with multiple concurrent projects, ensuring an integrated view and strategic alignment
Anticipate organizational, technical, and operational risks, proposing mitigation and contingency plans
Lead presentations and executive forums with directors, VPs, and strategic stakeholders
Influence the evolution of technology processes, methodologies, and governance
Support the definition of indicators, success metrics, and project results tracking
Promote best practices in functional analysis, project management, and digital transformation
Act as a technical and functional mentor to analysts and project leaders
Contribute to the evolution of solution architecture and integration across enterprise platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in program management, strategic projects, and digital transformation
Strong background in functional analysis, process modeling, and complex requirements gathering
Strong knowledge of agile and hybrid methodologies and portfolio management practices
Experience developing and managing strategic roadmaps
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools
Advanced knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with systems integration, APIs, and enterprise architectures
Ability to work with architecture, development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams
Experience managing programs, portfolios, scope, budgets, risks, executive stakeholders, and enterprise dependencies
Experience working in complex environments with multiple vendors and multidisciplinary teams
Experience defining governance models and providing executive oversight
Experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is a plus
Experience in telecommunications, digital retail, financial services, or high-scale B2C markets is a plus
Knowledge of enterprise architecture and solution architecture is a plus
Experience with omnichannel journeys and customer experience is a plus
PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, CBAP, or equivalent certifications are a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Graduate degree, MBA, or specialization preferred
