About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a regulatory reference on topics related to the digital ecosystem, public policy, and technological transformation
Ensure that products, services, and initiatives are aligned with the applicable regulatory framework
Lead, together with business, engineering, technology, and legal teams, strategic and economic-regulatory analyses of new regulations and their impact on the company
Promote institutional alignment on regulatory and legislative matters
Coordinate positions, submissions, and interactions with Anatel, the Ministry of Communications, and other relevant government bodies and entities
Develop strategic analyses on digital platforms, artificial intelligence, data protection, innovation, connectivity, and cybersecurity
Conduct forward-looking studies on regulatory, legislative, technological, and competitive trends
Identify business risks and opportunities
Prepare executive presentations, opinions, and strategic materials to support senior leadership
Represent the company in industry forums, working groups, associations, and strategic discussions
Contribute to the development of public policies and the defense of institutional and business interests
Lead initiatives to simplify, automate, and digitally transform regulatory processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its regulatory framework
Knowledge of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data centers, digital sovereignty, and technological innovation
Experience analyzing the regulatory, economic, and financial impacts of public policies, laws, and regulations
Ability to translate complex topics into executive presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Strategic vision, strong analytical skills, and critical thinking
Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with multiple teams
Data analysis, Power BI, process automation, and AI-based solutions are considered a plus
Proficiency in English and/or Spanish is considered a plus
