About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and interpret financial and operational information
  • Prepare strategic reports to support the market and regulatory authorities
  • Prepare data and documents for obligations to B3, CVM, SEC, and other entities
  • Ensure compliance with Brazilian and U.S. market regulations
  • Gather information from internal departments for periodic reports and market announcements
  • Contribute to preparing the data underlying quarterly earnings materials, including the Earnings Release and Results Presentation
  • Support executives in meetings with domestic and international analysts and investors
  • Provide accurate information about the Company
  • Ensure the Investor Relations website is continuously updated
  • Prepare monthly reports on shareholding composition and major shareholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or International Relations
  • Relevant knowledge of corporate finance and financial statement analysis
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Advanced Spanish is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Copilot, Power BI, Bloomberg, Ipreo, Broadcast, and Empresas.Net is a plus
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
