About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence initiatives for the Procurement Directorate
- Serve as a subject-matter expert in the structuring, governance, and quality of Procurement data
- Ensure the integrity and maintenance of master data for suppliers, materials, and other critical information
- Develop criteria, KPIs, and controls to monitor information quality
- Identify improvements to the structuring and integration of data across corporate systems
- Develop and enhance executive dashboards, management reports, and analytical tools
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and structure strategic and operational analyses
- Build KPIs and track the performance of the Procurement Directorate
- Apply analytical techniques to identify opportunities for cost reduction, operational efficiency, and supplier management
- Lead automation initiatives using Power Platform, artificial intelligence, and other digital technologies
- Develop data integration, extraction, and transformation (ETL) workflows
- Design and implement solutions to reduce manual activities and increase productivity
- Support the adoption of digital tools and new technologies across the Procurement ecosystem
- Conduct predictive and prescriptive analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Structure studies, diagnostics, and highly complex analyses for internal client areas
- Act as a business partner to Procurement, Finance, Operations, Projects, and other stakeholders
- Lead data and analytics workstreams in strategic projects
- Support the roadmap for the analytical and digital evolution of the Procurement function
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Advanced SQL experience
- Experience building executive dashboards and management KPIs
- Knowledge of data modeling, integration, and transformation
- Experience with ETL processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with automation using Power Automate or similar tools
- Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence projects
- Strong analytical skills and strategic vision
- Executive communication and data storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple demands and prioritize effectively
- Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization
- Consultative, collaborative, and results-oriented approach
- Proactive identification of improvement and innovation opportunities
- Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Strategic Sourcing is a plus
- Knowledge of Python, Databricks, or corporate data platforms is a plus
- Experience with SAP, GEP, Ariba, or supply chain-related systems is a plus
- Participation in digital transformation and process automation projects is a plus
