About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead medium- and high-complexity projects end to end
Serve as the primary interface between business, technology, and vendor teams
Translate business needs into system solutions and structured functional requirements
Manage the project life cycle: requirements gathering, planning, execution, monitoring, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and stabilization
Define and detail user stories, acceptance criteria, and the backlog
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
Anticipate issues and propose solutions to support strategic decision-making
Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
Lead executive forums and provide reports to leadership
Support demand prioritization, influencing the roadmap and planning
Ensure delivery quality and alignment with customer needs
Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes
Support and mentor more junior team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing complex projects
Strong experience in functional analysis and requirements gathering
Experience with agile and/or hybrid methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and MS Project or equivalent platforms
Knowledge of the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
Ability to work with technical development, architecture, and QA teams
Experience managing scope, risks, budgets, and stakeholders
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with Salesforce, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
Experience in the telecommunications or digital B2C sector
Knowledge of systems integration and distributed architectures
Experience working with vendors and software development partners
Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications
A completed degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
