About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and work alongside the Product Owner on the Vivo+ Telco app squad, helping manage the project’s day-to-day activities
Prepare structured presentations and executive materials in PowerPoint, translating complex topics, project statuses, and user journeys into clear, visual content
Assist with organizing and tracking the squad’s initiative backlog
Support discovery activities and backlog story refinement in partnership with the Product Owner
Track the vendor workflow for designing the app screens and support executive validation of the user journey
Translate business needs into user stories and monitor the handoff of these needs to the technology team
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication within the squad

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced proficiency and strong skills in using PowerPoint to create, structure, and prepare presentation materials
Ability to support, track, and help lead technology/product projects in partnership with Product Owners or managers
Logical reasoning, curiosity, eagerness to learn, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Stakeholder management, with a focus on aligning expectations, effective communication, and building trusted relationships
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, as well as AI tools
Must live in São Paulo or the metropolitan area
Previous experience in the telecommunications (Telco) market is not required
