About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage real estate sales processes, from asset analysis through transaction formalization
Negotiate and analyze Purchase and Sale Agreements, deeds, and other instruments related to the transaction
Conduct financial analyses of real estate transactions, including NPV, collection cash flows, commercial terms, and financial impacts
Review property records, certificates, corporate documents, and other documents related to the property’s legal and documentary compliance
Identify outstanding issues, risks, and factors that may affect the sale
Review and challenge real estate appraisal reports, considering assumptions, comparable properties, price per square meter, areas, methodology, and liquidity
Challenge assumptions, identify inconsistencies, and propose alternatives
Liaise with developers, brokers, consultants, legal and finance teams, and other stakeholders
Manage processes involving multiple stages, documents, deadlines, and stakeholders
Structure information and present objective, well-supported recommendations
Use Excel and data analysis to build scenarios and support decision-making
Prepare executive presentations for the Board of Directors and Executive Vice President
Summarize complex information, highlighting risks, opportunities, and decision points while developing an executive narrative

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in real estate asset management
Proven experience in property management and sales
Experience, preferably with real estate developers, brokerage firms, or companies with structured asset disposal processes
Intermediate Excel skills
Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
Hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and accountable mindset
