About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on SAP development, contributing to the support, enhancement, and modernization of Vivo’s enterprise solutions
Provide corrective, adaptive, and evolutionary support for existing SAP solutions, ensuring availability, performance, and quality
Reduce the backlog of recurring issues through permanent solutions and structural improvements
Identify opportunities to use SAP BTP for extensions and integrations
Develop and support solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform, integrating SAP and non-SAP systems
Participate in defining architectures and integration strategies across SAP ECC, SAP BTP, and corporate platforms
Support the development and evolution of applications, extensions, and services on SAP BTP
Promote extensibility best practices, reducing excessive customizations in the SAP core
Analyze and resolve incidents related to SAP ECC and SAP BTP platforms
Conduct technical and functional impact analyses for enhancements, projects, and strategic initiatives
Work with functional teams, architects, vendors, and business units to define and implement solutions
Provide technical support for the SAP S/4HANA implementation program
Assess the impacts of existing customizations and integrations, reducing risks in the transition to SAP S/4HANA
Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to developers
Create and maintain technical documentation for developments, integrations, and solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development
At least 2 years of experience working with SAP BTP solutions
Experience supporting and enhancing critical SAP environments
Experience with SAP and non-SAP integrations
Experience working on projects using SAP HANA
Experience in large-scale corporate environments
Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field
Experience with ServiceNow and Jira
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Ownership mindset and business acumen
Teamwork and a collaborative mindset
Preferred: participation in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
Preferred: SAP Fiori/UI5 experience
Preferred: experience in telecommunications companies
Preferred: experience working in hybrid environments with SAP ECC, SAP BTP, and S/4HANA
Preferred: SAP certification
Preferred: intermediate English proficiency
Preferred: experience with monitoring tools
