About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development of opportunities to monetize assets by rethinking the business model
Prepare highly complex economic and financial analyses, projections, and valuations
Develop executive presentations for C-level leadership to support strategic recommendations
Support the assessment and negotiation of opportunities involving alliances, new businesses, and asset monetization that can generate value for the Company, estimating their strategic and financial feasibility

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking for problem-solving
Excellent communication skills to interact with various internal teams and external advisors
Proactivity, initiative, and a strong commitment to results
Experience structuring Excel models (business plans/valuations)
Experience preparing qualitative and quantitative assessments, with a focus on evaluating and valuing opportunities and measuring risks
Experience in technical-financial projects involving complex investment decisions and multiple business variables, including Marketing, Technology, Regulatory, and Finance
Relevant experience developing executive materials in PowerPoint
Experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, M&A, or Telecommunications is a plus
